There is nothing better than receiving good customer feedback. It is very rewarding to hear that your hard work is paying off.
Every month we send out a customer satisfaction survey to customers we have worked with throughout the month. This feedback allows us to grow, improve and develop as a company.
This month we have already received some great constructive feedback. It is great to receive feedback from our clients, even if we are at the early stages of a job.
We are working with Mr G’s Bowling, helping him to promote his business through both graphic design and print. So far we have only had an initial meeting to discuss the clients needs, despite this we were pleased to received some great feedback!
